Shopping Cart Security

Some of you have expressed concern about our Shopping Cart Security.  You don't see the "lock" symbol at the bottom of your screen.  First let me assure you that our cart is secure.  There are two reasons that you may not see the lock. Some browsers (newer ones in particular) are no longer using or allowing use of the lock feature.  My site was created in frames - frames keep you at my site even when you click on a link outside my site.  You can test this by going to my Home page and clicking on  my eBay link.  Note that the location does not change.  You're still seeing http://www.bobbiesdrop-seats.com/. . . . The same is true when you click on the View Cart link. 

Although you've been taken to a secure site, the location does not change.  When I created my site, I chose frames because I felt it looked prettier -- who knew about security and locks back then!  Just know that my site is absolutely secure.  You can see the Cart Security Certificate; here's how. Click on View My Cart, once at the cart page, right mouse click anywhere on the page (keep mouse away from any links within the page) then choose Properties.  Here you'll see the Address is an https.  The "S" at the end means it's a secure site.  Now click on Certificates and you'll see that the certificate is valid and other info that should put your mind at ease.

Shipping

We ship all items within 24 hours, sooner whenever possible.  Items are shipped via the US Postal Service (unless otherwise requested).  We ship all US orders with Delivery Confirmation so that we can track any order if necessary.  Packages to the US will normally arrived within 2 to 3 days from order date.  If you don't receive you're order in that time, contact us for tracking info.  

Returns and Exchanges

We accept Returns and Exchanges within 14 days of receipt.  However, the return shipping will be on you if it's a matter of having ordered the wrong size or deciding perhaps, that you'd prefer a different color.  If, however, we made an error on your order (if we sent a Medium when a Small was ordered), we will refund your return shipping costs.

If your item is lost or damaged please contact us immediately.  If your item is damaged, we will certainly replace it.

We can not accept Returns on our Sassy Panties, Babydolls (because of the panties) or any custom-made items.  We also do not accept returns on our DVD's or videos.

Restocking Fee

There is a 10% Restocking Fee on Returned items.  Restocking Fee will be waived if return is due to our error.

Custom Orders

Look at the things I've already made and choose that exact (or very similar) item or you can have the sleeves from this dress, the neckline of that dress and the skirt or that other dress.  Or, if you have your own idea, I can make the dress you'd like to have.  It's all up to you.

When ordering a custom-made item please be sure to provide the measurements I request.  Provide true and accurate measurements to the best of your ability.  I make your garment based on the numbers I get from you.  If your waist, in it's relaxed state, is 36 inches, don't suck it in and tell me your waist is 34 inches.  Your garment won't fit, hang properly or look very nice.  Remember this:   I can always make a garment smaller but I can never make it bigger.  Also consider that it will add to your costs if the garment must be modified after it's been completed.

Fabrics and trims come into fashion for a while and go out of fashion after a while.  For this reason, I reserve the right to make substitutions when necessary.  I will do my best to get as close as possible to the color, fabric type and/or trim pictured.

There is a 50% deposit required on all custom orders.  Cancelled orders will be refunded the deposit minus cost of any materials purchased for said order.  The good news is that I will not make purchases for an order for a good week or so. 

No Returns, Exchanges or Refunds are accepted on Custom Orders.

Please allow 3 to 6 weeks for delivery of Custom Orders.
